Carlos visited my home for a popcorn removal and painting
Project. Had a pleasant site visit and I felt he would be good for the job. Gave a fair estimate and plan to return to start work immediately. After a couple days he never returned calls, couple voicemails and after waiting I've never heard back from him. He's delayed my project because I turned away other contractors and am still seeking a reliable contractor to
