Absolutely fantastic contractor, truly one of the good guys. We worked with Lamoy to finish a room in our basement and he was amazing. Punctual, efficient, with great quality work at a reasonable price. Whenever the project threw a curve ball at us, he was creative in problem solving and worked hard to get things done on time, even coming by evenings/weekends. It was a pleasure working with him and when our next project covers up we will definitely work with him again!

Lamoy and his partner where very hard workers, Lamoy was very helpful and accommodating as I had no idea what I wanted. He went with me to the stores to find ideas and I kind of gave him a little leeway to make things happen for me. They did a good job and he's coming back to complete more work to replace my patio door. I've gotten many compliments and I'm happy with the outcome of the project. I had a kitchen revamp and a complete main bathroom remodel and for my secondary bathroom new floors and a new mirror was put in. I recommend Lab renovation to anyone looking for any work to do done.
