I can not talk more highly of this company! We had a major crisis and needed a cleaning crew to come in and help us after a skunk sprayed into our home. We have used other cleaning services in the past from Thumbtack but did not have the best experience. I was weary going into this but was super desperate and needed all hands on deck. After reading reviews I reached out to Alex's Cleaning, the owner Elyse responded to my message within 5 minutes and was able to come to the house and give us a reasonable quote shortly after explaining the situation. The crew came the next day ready to work. Elyse and her team were all so sweet, polite, and incredibly professional. They worked fast but thoroughly throughout the house, they were respectful of our belongings and put everything back the way we had it. They really helped us in a time of need and truly went above and beyond! They deep-cleaned every inch of the house and got it smelling SO much better. Our house looks immaculate and I can't thank Elyse enough for all of her and her team's help. This was a massive undertaking and it was very short notice, she was able to squeeze us in and help us during this terrible time!! Look no further!! BOOK THEM!! They are an AMAZING company and now they have one more regular client!!
