Jay wound up being able to do what I thought couldn't be done- just I might have control issues with my 'things'. When I arrived at my new home, it put my mind at ease & I just broke my ankle in the middle of having to me move & I have always moved myself or been very involved. Bonus, I couldn't find something, but it was because I tucked it in my car & didn't check think of that. I saved his # & just reached out to ask although a few wks after job completed & to my surprise he replied! So, I was super down & in pain coming to my new place but seeing everything be together & easy for me to go through was truly such a relief & made me smile!! It means a lot when someone else cares about your stuff like you do.

Very polite, communicated promptly about scheduling delays, and respected the items. Took care to set up the items with the best facing sides forward and didn't even need to be directed. Detail oriented and never complained about the job at hand. Professional job, quickly done. Would not hesitate to reach out again about small moves.
