Made same-day arrangements on a Sunday to help unload a 26' truck. Got stuck in traffic on the way in and they were great about adjusting the schedule to accommodate. Came and got the truck unloaded quickly and efficiently. Exactly what I needed, without added headaches.

Jay wound up being able to do what I thought couldn't be done- just I might have control issues with my 'things'. When I arrived at my new home, it put my mind at ease & I just broke my ankle in the middle of having to me move & I have always moved myself or been very involved. Bonus, I couldn't find something, but it was because I tucked it in my car & didn't check think of that. I saved his # & just reached out to ask although a few wks after job completed & to my surprise he replied! So, I was super down & in pain coming to my new place but seeing everything be together & easy for me to go through was truly such a relief & made me smile!! It means a lot when someone else cares about your stuff like you do.
