- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are accessible and fair. We aren't cheap, but the cost is usually hard to beat. The care we exercise on each project usually leaves our clients elated. We charge an assessment fee after we inspect and advise.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make an assessment after inspection. We submit an invoice for the inspection and then at the client's request, and based on our finding, we submit a detailed quote to remediate. if the client needs renovation, a quote is submitted for that also.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in environmental science, and I have the necessary training as a mold remediation professional for more than two decades.
