David and his team worked quickly they were polite. The response time was quick and informative. They moved my 400 lb console quickly and carefully. They tried very diligently to get the L of our West Elm sofa up the tricky stairs sadly it could not happen. We knew we had a 2 hour minimum so without a complaint they helped to unbox and set up our new large screen tv. I would certainly recommend and utilize this service again.

I liked all five values about working with Chapter Moving Company LLC, it only lets me select three - work quality, professionalism, responsiveness, value, and punctuality. Let me tell you something: we had a last-minute opportunity to get a used piano from nearly 50 miles away. I thought it was a long shot when I contacted them the night before. David and Mike were the quickest to respond, professional about communicating pricing, and did the job IDEALLY. They FaceTimed with me to show me the product ahead of time, they carefully delivered and placed the item, they were friendly and very good with communication. I would suggest them in a heartbeat for anything big you need to move. I'll definitely be using them myself again when we need the help!
