The installer was courteous and completed the project in a reasonable time-frame. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of 5 is that the tile layout was not centered properly within the space. While the installation itself was done well, the lack of proper centering affects the overall appearance. Before installation, my husband marked the area with arrows to show how the tile layout should be centered within the space. While it is only noticeable to us, it is significant enough that we felt it should be mentioned in an otherwise positive review. That said, the workmanship was good, and I would consider using this installer again, while being sure to discuss layout details more thoroughly before work begins."See more
