- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be as competitive as possible but no matter the price of the job, my quality of work and the amount of care I show for the customer, their home, and project is the same. Outstanding.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for new customers and repeat customers is to make them feel comfortable, build a relationship with them by being as thorough as possible and offering multiple options and price ranges. Answering any and all questions quickly and accurately. Verifying any unforeseen circumstances that may arise by photograph, in case extra work is needed in order to complete original contract. Most importantly honoring my warranties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of my training and education has come from on the job, hands on experience over the course of the last 15 years.
