I hired this handyman through Thumbtack for a leaking toilet at my rental property. He was immediately available and handled the entire job with professionalism and skill. Not only did he fix the toilet, but he also repaired the damaged sheetrock underneath the upstairs bathroom and corrected floor leveling issues using creative, out-of-the-box solutions that worked perfectly.
What really impressed me was his follow-through. He came back at no extra cost to address a couple of minor issues and even helped my tenant with another unrelated problem to make sure she was fully satisfied. His pricing was transparent and upfront from the start.
As a landlord, I really appreciate a service professional who treats the property (and the tenant) with this level of care. Highly recommend!
