Overall, I had a good experience. There was an unfortunate accident during the installation and my TV was damaged, but he immediately took full responsibility, replaced it with a brand-new TV the same day, and completed the installation. He was professional, honest, and made sure everything was mounted and working before he left. I really appreciated his integrity and willingness to make things right.

Had a great experience working with EZ. He quickly responded to my request, showed up at the promised time. Ran into a little issue with old garbage disposal, and he installed a new one for me. Pays attention to detail, makes sure everything is working properly, asked me to inspect everything before he left. Also did a little something extra for me while he was here. I will definitely use him in the future for more plumbing projects. Very personable and professional.
