They did an outstanding job finishing tile and grout in my basement. They were patient, efficient, and displayed integrity as its best. I plan to reach out to Lex again to replace my entire basement flooring.

We work nationwide with Thumbtack top rated providers, and have completed a large number of projects from Seattle to to Los Angeles to Baltimore to Orlando to Houston to New York and other locations. We are currently renovating an older home that has a great deal of sentimental and historical family value one room at a time. We had postponed the replacement of the flooring in the kitchen and den for a long time because this was a massive undertaken in all fronts, and had not found a flooring specialist we felt comfortable with, but after reading some of her previous reviews and her quick follow-up to our inquiry and many questions - we decided to try out Floor'd by Design with Alexis, Mikey and Ralph. From all the many excellent top rated providers we have had the opportunity to work with in all the different project, Alexis and her team are in our top 1% of those. In addition to being a flooring specialist, and being extremely knowledegeable on all things flooring - she is a problem solver and a follow-thru provider, and a very trustworthy Project Manager. Whenever we hit an potential issue, she gave us options, we jointly decided on the solution and we kept moving forward. We were so impressed with her Project Manager skills that we are hiring her and her team for two other renovation projects. Only hope that she and her team do not get so popular that we cannot get on her schedule. Thank you Alexis, Mikey and Ralph!
