Steve came in and went right to work on our Canon T-300 Plotter. We haven't used the potter for about a year and try to get it up and running. We figured the potters ink was clogging the print tubing, but needed a little help. Whyco found SWC Copiers & Printers on Thumbtack and proceeded to set up an appointment. Steve from SWC was there on time, very friendly, very knowledgeable and had the equipment needed to do job. Steve cleaned the print head and found that a new print cartridge had the wrong part number on it. It took a couple hours to clean the print heads and unclog the tubing to rectify problem and the T-300 potter is work great. Thanks Steve. Make sure you use the right cartridge part number for the potter that you are using. Thanks again Steve for your help. P.S. make sure you use OEM ink for your Canon plotter, makes a difference.
