FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For now pricing will be dependent on the type of job. I default to $75 an hour and if its anything over 3hrs of labor based on the job, rates are always negotiable. Soldering, Fiber Optic and legacy analog phone troubleshooting, installation and or repairs are non-negotiable regarding rates. Anything else will be subject to more considerable negotiations for now.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically when working with a new customer the process always starts with getting to know what was being done before issues came along and then during the issues. I like to get a good idea of the setting before, during and after an event as best as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation is about 10 years of continuous U.S. Navy training and factory-level technical training as an Interior Communications Electrician (IC) from 2015–2024. That military-grade training is what I bring to every residential and commercial job.
