Alan, thank you very much for taking an unusable area of your house and fitting the perfect solution.
Originally our home was fitted with an antiquated whole house fan and no real use of the attic.
Alan and his crew installed a set of attic stairs removing the existing trim reframing the opening and installing a set from Louisville.
He was polite, worked cleanly and his work is quality!
I will hire again in future.

From the moment I contacted Alan after posting the job, he impressed me with his professionalism. He responded quickly and was readily available to discuss the project.
