Lozana and her team did a wonderful job doing a deep clean in my home. She was responsive to texts and showed up right on time. Despite a language barrier, she is prepared to translate quickly with an ap. If I mentioned wanting something done differently, she was kind and responsive. There were no miscommunications. She will be returning to continue keeping our house clean.
