About
Hi there! My name is Chloe and I am a self taught makeup artist based in Danbury CT. So many of my clients ask me how I got into doing makeup, and the simple answer is that I’ve loved it ever since I could remember and ever since I was able to get my hands on it. This being said, I am extremely passionate about what I do, am a complete perfectionist, and love the rewarding feeling of helping someone else feel their absolute best! I have a large kit that includes products for just about anything and keep it up to date with new trends as well as ride or die products that you just can’t go wrong with. I love to get to know my clients while they’re in my chair, and also love to give them tips and tricks along the way that they can implement in their own daily routines after the party is over. I’d love to help make your day special and work together to create the perfect look for your next upcoming event!!

So I booked Chloe to do my makeup for prom and I showed her a picture of Kim’s blue eyeshadow look for inspiration. She executed it very well (she even had the exact palette!) and showed me along the way to make sure I liked it. She also was very punctual and came early. The makeup photographed very well and also held up very long (I wore it for 12 hours). It was so pretty I didn’t wanna take it off😅 I would highly recommend her if you have an event and you need your makeup done.

Chloe did such a great job at my wedding! The morning was a little hectic and the weather turned out to be really nice, a little bit on the hotter side, and the makeup didn’t budge! Chloe is very professional but most importantly, an expert of her craft. Definitely a must for all brides! Thank you again Chloe for all of your hard work, timeliness, and talent!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are set prices as far as special occasion, bridal, and trial appointments go. I add an additional fee for long distance travel. If a client is asking for something particular or something that is a more extravagant look I reserve the right to adjust my prices accordingly. If a client cancels after their appointment is confirmed I do reserve the right to charge a 20% cancellation fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a consultation. This usually starts with general questions such as what type of look they're going for, what colors they want to use, etc. A reference picture is always nice to go off of and helps me get a better idea of what the client wants. I then continue to go more in depth and ask questions about their skin type and how they want their skin to look (dewy, satin, matte, ect), and build off of there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've always had a love for make up and am a self taught makeup artist. I also work at Sephora as a consultant and have gained more knowledge through that.
