Introduction: Hello. My name is Brian and I have been helping people get stronger and in better shape for 6 years now. I believe that getting stronger improves all aspects of life. Brian is super great to work with, my experience has been nothing but positive with him. Brian has been my powerlifting coach for several months and his programming never disappoints. He is always available to discuss how I’m feeling after a week of tough training and he is consistently willing to make modifications based upon my personal goals. I have noticed significant changes in my strength and the programming has also had a secondary benefit of improving my Crossfit performance. I have had many coaches over my years of training but Brian is by far the most reliable and with his guidance I have seen such growth as a powerlifter and athlete.

Brian, my trainer, is fantastic! During our first meeting, he took the time to talk about my fitness goals. He is knowledgeable, dedicated to his practice, and always comes up with great workouts that challenge my fitness level, leaving me feeling accomplished. My energy and strength have greatly improved since working with Brian. In the beginning, our sessions were in person, but as the pandemic did not allow us to meet, we started video conferencing. Brian quickly adapted to the circumstances and created wonderful workouts that were aligned with my original goals. He is flexible, always on time, and very reliable. I highly recommend him as a trainer.

Was new to going to the gym/training in general and was recovering from an injury at the same time when I got started with Brian. He tailored workouts to my specific needs (with occasional goal updates), guiding me every step of the way, including advice on nutrition etc to make the most out of my efforts. Just over a year in and I have definitely grown in skill and physically, even after shifting to remote home workouts during the COVID era.

    I have options as to what capacity you want to sign up for. I offer a free session to start and am confident we can find an option that works best for you.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I offer a free 30 min session where we can have a conversation about what you are hoping to get out of training and do a short workout so I can get an idea of how to best plan your training.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, a USA Powerlifting Club Coach, Functional Movement Screen Level 1 and Dynamic Variable Resistance Training Level 1.
