Ann B. says, "They were very quick to come out and personable. Two of them arrived at my house and quickly replaced the two outside Bibs (faucets). The job took 15 minutes but I thought was very expensive. They charged $1000. I had another quote from a plumber who quoted $500 to replace two Bibs, but he wasn't available for a week. Bondi was available within 24 hours. In hindsight, it wasn't an emergency, so I should have waited and saved $500, and I should have asked Bondi Brothers for an appx price when I called their office to make the appointment. Since they came out and were already at my house when they gave me the quote, we had them do the work. We have more plumbing projects, and while they were there, they gave us another quote, but it's just too high. They were fine to work with but for us too expensive."See more

chris says, "I made an appointment with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a intermittent very strong odor coming from laundry room / basement recreation room area the past couple weeks. Nicholas arrived on time and was very professional. Needless to say when he arrived the odor was not present at all so it was not an obvious fix. He trouble shooted and looked at all possibilities. He saw the open sink pipe without a cap ( we just removed the sink 2 weeks ago for renovations and have not installed a new sink yet ) Bingo! He then installed the cap . I will definitely call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again for future plumbing needs."See more

Barbara M. says, "We reached out to 100% Plumbing about a drain in our sink and bathtubs that was slow and also indicated we would like them to take a look around the house and see if there’s anything else that might need repairing as we’ve recently moved in. We were able to get Josh in to do an estimate within 48 hours. And he identified a few other issues that we were semi aware of that were more urgent than expected. We received a quote and scheduled Josh to come back out the following week to complete the work. Not only was the work completed under estimate, but he also gave us some tips on preventing future issues and helped us figure out which repairs could be delayed until other projects are completed. All in all he repaired a toilet seal and some plumbing under a toilet, replaced an outdoor spigot that was leaking, helped us identify some pipes and what they used to be used for, cleared the slow drain in the sink and bathtub, and for the bathtub made sure that we shouldn’t have any issues for quite a while despite the older plumbing. Will 100% bring them back when we’re ready to continue with additional plumbing repairs"See more
