Steve from SWC Copiers was just great. He was responsive, on time, extremely knowledgeable, and really friendly. He gave me excellent and honest advice about my broken printer. Despite that it Cwould have meant more work (and more money) for him to get the part that was needed and come back, he said he thought it would be more economical for me to get a new printer. I heartily recommend Steve.
