Jeremy was fantastic, he showed up early to the house to complete the external inspection, was very thorough in his notes around the house. He was very accommodating to the plethora of questions that my family has thrown at him and answered them all to the best of his ability. The report was in my email within 48hrs even with that Monday being a holiday. Highly recommended!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing represents current market average for a quality informative report. I am not a check the box kind of guy. My reports provide pictures and explanations and suggestions. The price is reflective of the size and age of the house, and or the number of units.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive the contact info or call from the client. I explain the process of the inspection, what is covered in an inspection, we discuss the price and set an inspection date. I view the inspection as a time to educate the client and think it is very valuable for them to be on site as I perform the inspection.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-Bachler of Science in Landscape Architecture West Virginia University 1995 -Connecticut Accredited Nursery Professional Certified -120 Hour Professional Real Estate Inspection Certification Program
