- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is usually set according to the job. We consider how big the job, the worker's hourly pay, and how many workers it takes to clean the place. We also consider the customer's budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When customers have an interest in using my services, they usually call, text, email or apply directly through my website. I then call the customer to get a little information about them and what they want. At that point, I schedule a walk-through with them. I attend the walk-through, get a better understanding of what they want by listening to them and asking them the appropriate questions. I contact them again that same night or the next day with a quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my Associate Degree in Applied Science in Hospitality Management. I then received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in Hospitality Management.
