Work references are one way, but not all of us have those references.There are a lot of good ones out here. It takes guts to want to do this kind of work. If you're a good worker and lucky your chance will come around.

To realize that nothing about landscaping is easy. Its hard work and requires a great deal of concentration and focus on the machinery being used.
