- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Oh yes I am always taking a coarse and getting involved in cooking seminars I am a member of the American Culinary association and I stay up to date with all the new trends and certifications I can receive.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Cooking is one of my Passions in life I find it a joy to serve others and cerate with my hands there need for food its nothing like see the eyes of some one enjoying your labor of love.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most are drop off services and small events but we treat all with the same passionate drive and excellence as the biggest event ever.
