FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices depend on which type of service my clients want. If my client wants me to write their program and follow their progress in weekly or bi-weekly meetings adjusting the program as we go along, my fee is $150/month. If my clients just wants me to write their nutrition program, it is $100/nutrition program. In-home one-on-one personal training is $50/hour. These sessions must be purchased and booked in monthly blocks.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new nutrition client, we first meet in person or via Skype/FT to discuss goals, history, and health. Then based on my clients needs and goals, there are a few ways I help my clients reach their goals. Either I write their nutrition plan and teach them how to alter it as they progress and their goals change or I write their program then follow their progress in bi-weekly sessions to adjust the plan as needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold an Associates of Science in Human Services, a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition & Dietetics, a Bachelors of Science in Biology-PreMed (minor Chemistry). I have 2 years of graduate studies in Naturopathic Medicine from the University of Bridgeport. Currently, I am working on my Masters of Science in Health Education.
