Well am going to be very honest . Decorations were put together excellent it was beautiful. The down side is be very careful about getting your full deposit back. In my event it was set for a certain time for pick up, and the decorative staff was there to take it down at the time set, but sat around and waited until an hour and some minutes later before taking it down which cost me some of my deposit . A time was set and they were there no one came forward to say anything , no texting , calls, no asking can you get the bride so I can confirm and ask since the event is still going should we take it down they just sat in silent while they charge a late fee. The decoration were ready for pick up an hour before the set time being guarded so there will be no damages . Just to make it clear yes the event was still going on but the items they needed they can easily get to and was not being used I had the braidal party move to the other side of the hall so the stuff can be picked up. There were other services from other vendors that left an hour before this event because that was the contract and they communicated with me and sort me out to confirm, and left at set time. I advice that you make it clear if a time is set regardless what's happening get your stuff down or seek the customer out to ask questions to keep a good faith . The excuse was the security told the staff they cant take things down which I hired the service they should have seek me out. Communication was good up to the time for breakdown then there was silence so anyone that am telling this to is saying well that was planned because there should have been direct communication with me because am sure if a deposit was not in place if I said come get the iteams at 8pm it would have been done . That is my downside that shocked me. As long as that part is clear you should be good.
