I had Allyson over before her overnight stay to make sure my dog Tani was going to be OK with her. Tani was a puppy mill breeder & spent her first 5 to 6 years in a cage, I knew within seconds of meeting her that they would be fine with each other.
I reviewed things she needed to know while staying with Tani. Allyson impressed me by asking a couple of questions about things I hadn't covered.
She further impressed me by sending me an unsolicited photo of Tani a couple of hours after she got here. She left my place spotless. There was a note from her covering what they did & other household details.
I will have her back in my house any time without reservation.

Allyson is reliable, kind, and professional! I had an accident and couldn't get home - Allyson took over care of my 2 cats with little direction and without meeting me or my cats ahead of time. She found what she needed in my home and made suggestions that were necessary for better care. Her response time was always quick. She bonded with my cats and took excellent care of them. She gave me the peace of mind that I needed - knowing they were in good hands.
She always sent photos - that were way better than any I could take! I could see how my cats relaxed around her. She gave my cats consistency and care when I could not and also calmed my anxiety about the situation. Her knowledge and experience provided me with peace of mind.
She went above and beyond in basic care - feeding, water, litter box, grooming, and play. Allyson intuitively took extra care of the cats and my home. She helped with getting supplies and bringing in deliveries. She was flexible to my changing situation and quick to respond. I am so glad I found Allyson and strongly recommend her excellent service!

We were in Europe for 10 days and Allyson took excellent care of our two cats. I appreciate the time she spent with them so they became comfortable with her and got to know her. She was able to pet them and give them love. Everything in the house was also taken care of such as watering plants and garbage and recycling. We loved her bubbly personality and warmth. We will definitely use her again!! Four paws up !!!

Allyson took care of our Great Pyrenees and our cat for a long weekend. She stayed overnight at our home as our Pyr is a senior. We were very happy how she kept us informed, sent photos and took care of our pets. She needed to give medication to our dog and she was extra careful to make sure she understood doses. Pyrs can be super stubborn but she was able to handle his care fine. If you need a pet sitter, I highly recommend Allyson. Super professional and attention to detail for your pets.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take travel/gas in to the pricing equation. From there, usually minimum wage per hour. If it's a long term job, price negotiations are understandable. If I go above and beyond your expectations, tips are appreciated.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Messenger introductions. Receive expectations of job offer. Meet customer for a brief in-person conversation on-site to review house/meet pets. Text or call with questions, or follow-up. Complete job. Receive payment.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S. in Stage Management, which includes hospitality, customer service, and organization. I strive to complete a job 100% the first time (like theatre, I get one shot to get it done right).
