Bob had some difficulty because my computer is old. He backed up everything then set it to the original factory settings. He transferred everything from the back-up drive back to my laptop so that I have access to all my data & files. He has recommended that I look into getting a new laptop & provided some sources. I'd call him again should I need further repairs.
