- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a "Flat Rate" pricing system for many items. Every job is unique in its own way, so we can do a site visit if needed and price a proposal. (Example of this would be a boiler or furnace replacement) We can also work at a T&M (time & material) base's if this works best for any situation.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This was my Fathers business for years (I think he started some time in the late 50's) He retired in 1993, (God bless him). My brother and I took over the company and have doubled the business since then.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types of customers, Homeowners, Residential contractors, and commercial contractors.
