I broke a spring on my garage door and reached out to Rhino. Dave responded and was fantastic to work with. He was super responsive and provided a fair and reasonable estimate up front. Unfortunately, I had already scheduled with another company to come and do an estimate, so I told Dave I’d get back to him. When the other company quoted me more than double what Dave had and then started haggling with me on prices and offered to do the job “outside of the company for cash without a warranty, I told him to get lost and reached out to Rhino again. OMG what a difference. Dave is a true pro, he came on site, did an inspection, gave a quote that matched his estimate, and I hired him on the spot. He did great work and got the job done quickly. I won’t waste time with other companies in the future; Rhino will certainly be my first and only call should I need garage door work.
