Westenia is amazing! Highly recommend and will continue using her services. Going to have her clean a couple of other family members homes. She’s very responsive, high attention to detail, extremely professional and my house smelled/looked wonderfully clean. Couldn’t be any happier!

They did an absolute amazing job! Very happy with the pricing AND the quality of their work. Floor looked amazing. All duck-tape was removed from the floor and that was a tough job! Washer and dryer and cabinets and walls, all were cleaned off from the gunk that was stuck on them from the previous tenant. Highly recommend! Thank you guys!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At W.A. Cleaning Services, we believe in transparent and fair pricing. Our rates are based on the type of service you require and the size of your home. We offer flexible pricing for deep cleaning, regular weekly cleaning, and monthly cleaning services, and we provide customized quotes based on your specific needs. If you have unique requests or areas that require special attention, we'll discuss any additional fees up front.
We also offer discounts for long-term customers, such as a reduced rate for signing up for regular weekly or monthly cleaning. We're happy to offer a free consultation to assess your home and provide an accurate estimate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is simple and customer-focused. First, we schedule a consultation where we discuss your cleaning needs, your preferences, and any special requirements you may have. After we understand what you’re looking for, we provide a customized service plan along with a clear price estimate.
Once everything is agreed upon, we schedule a convenient time for your cleaning. On the day of service, our professional team will arrive on time, equipped with high-quality cleaning supplies. After the job is completed, we do a quick walkthrough with you to ensure everything is up to your standards. We encourage feedback to ensure we meet your expectations for every visit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team members are highly trained professionals with extensive experience in residential cleaning. We undergo regular training to stay up to date with the best cleaning techniques, eco-friendly products, and safety protocols. We also emphasize ongoing education in customer service to ensure every client has a positive experience. While we don’t require formal degrees, each team member has years of hands-on experience in the cleaning industry and continues to improve their skills.
