If you are looking for a reliable and exceptional construction team, please look no further than Roger Sylvia! If Thumbtack allowed it, I would say all five of the above: responsiveness, value, punctuality, work quality, and professionalism were outstanding! He was quick to give a fair and reasonable estimate on a sheet rock job and did an exceptional job repairing it even better than it was originally and meticulously cleaning the area when he was finished! He communicated every step of the way, answered all my questions, made the process easy and called when he said he would and showed up when he said he would! Even though it says painting, he does all sorts of jobs like replacing trim inside and out, sheet rock, power, washing, and lots of other things. Thank you Roger and team! I look forward to the next two estimates and working with you again!

I can not even begin to express how happy I am that I hired R Silva Painting to paint my kitchen &a bathroom cabinets and stair banister. Roger goes ABOVE & BEYOND with his quality work and professionalism. He truely cares about his customers being satisfied with the final outcome. Our cabinets and stair banister came out absolutely amazing!!! He pays attention to all the fine detail in his work, and the final masterpiece exceeded all my expectations! I would recommend him to anyone. We plan on hiring him in the spring to refinish our deck.

R. Silva painting was very professional, on time and hard working. We had our kitchen and bathroom cabinets painted as well as foyer, hallway and kitchen ceiling. Roger went out of his way to make sure we were happy. Thank you!
