- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on how many men versus how many trucks you need for your move. We bill on an hourly basis for all local moves. If no truck is needed we do have labor only rates available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Engaging and building rapport to gain their trust that we will handle their project as if they were part of our family.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
25+ years experience in the business along with many certifications completed through 2 Men and a truck as a General Manager.
