- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
After our design consultation, we will provide a one year estimate. From time to time, we run time-sensitive promotions and for interested customers, upgrades.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet with a new customer for a free no-obligation consultation. During this visit, we will assess the project to see if it's something we can do. If it is, we will share our solution, provide samples, design multiple options, and price each option down to the penny.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our sales team, callers, installers, etc. all go through rigorous training.
