This is the 3rd move with Majestic Movers and the largest yet. They have always been very careful and protective of the furniture and interiors. They are respectful of time and items and we will use them always whenever possible.
Excellent experience with the guys. They were doing disposal for me and then helped me move. There was a miscommunication on my part and I think I lost a big area rug and comforter, but overall, I needed to declutter and I will just be more clear next time. The guys were awesome. Will use again.
They did an excellent job, I couldn't have been happier. There was a few small things I didn't like and that's why I gave it 4 stars. The issues where not with the actual movers but with the office. When I called to book the job I told the guy I was going to wrap all my furniture myself to not waste time and we could get it done faster. The guy said, "we wrap it anyways, so don't bother doing it" I'm thinking, but that's just a waste of time if I'm going to do it. Well seeing as the guy said they wrap everything regarless, I didn't wrap my furniture. The day of the move I was told they charge for that. Needless to say it was upsetting because I could of just wrapped it myself. I told them forget it because I didn't want to spend more money to wrap everything and that would've also took time and time is more money. They did use blankets over the furniture anyways so nothing happened to it but still. I could of made sure it was fully wrapped. The only other thing that would have been upsetting in any other situation but it did work out to my benefit was the time they got there. I had been scheduled for 8am but rescheduled it for 12pm. They didn't get there until 2 or 3 I forgot... but it was somewhere around there. Now like I stated, this did work out to my benefit so I was happy. The problem was that the people who booked them before me lied about how much stuff they had and that's not the movers fault. That's understandable but there was no communication from the office about them being late. I had to call to see what was going on. Besides that they moved fast and where very carful with my things. I will definitely use them again.

I paid for 4 hours of yard clean up and they did very well. However, I was a bit concerned with them chopping some small trees down that I didn't know about until they were done ( I was at work). I was hoping they would've gotten more done in the time frame I paid for but they did a nice job neatening up the hedges which probably took some time and clearing some brush and weeds along the perimeter of the yard and house. I wished they had raked the garden and pine cones and pine needles but he said they ran out of time.
The service provided was exceptional, timely and completed as promised. I will use Top Notch Junk Removal in the future.

I had them out to replace a kitchen sink garbage disposal in a rental property and they came out the same day I contacted them. My tenant said the job was done well and they were very professional. The pricing was reasonable and on the low end of what they quoted me before seeing the job. I liked that they sent me a video of the completed job without having to ask since the property is a rental and I was not able to view in person. I would use them again.
Quick response on disposing some old furniture in order for new to arrive without much of a notice. All worked out perfectly thanks to Michelle and her crew's promptness.

Sandra is very friendly and ready to work around your needs. I am overly picky about things and freely admit it but she was able to meet my expectations. The bathroom was her strongest point leavening not a trace in a highly used spot(by mostly men... yuck!) Would recommend her to other business owners for office cleaning needs

The two gentlemen that showed up to clear out my garage were wonderful. Clear communication ahead of time, showed up 5 minutes early, quick and complete cleaning job. They also make sure to recycle and properly dispose of all refuse. Just a very positive experience from start to finish!

I hired the guys over the summer to rip out all the carpets from my home. They removed the carpet and disposed of the padding. They were on time for the job and had great communication. Also they went above and cleaned up the floors under after all the carpets were removed. They made way for my new carpets. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future.
