We do not assemble basketball hoops Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes issues arise that will require you to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. We strive to be as flexible as possible, while also being considerate of our Service Providers’ time and resources. Appointment Cancellation Customers may cancel their appointment for any reason up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled arrival window with no charge or penalty. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice before the start of the arrival window will incur a $25 Cancellation Fee. Appointment Reschedule Customers may reschedule their appointment for any reason up to 24 hours before the start of the scheduled arrival window with no charge or penalty. Appointments rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice before the start of the arrival window will incur a rescheduled $25 Fee. Also for all services, there is a $25 service fee for the technician to show up, if the job is complete the fee will be apart of the total amount at the end
