I can't say enough good things about Federico and his crew. They had a tough job. We have a stucco house that needed a lot of attention and some rotten wood had to be replaced. It was a big challenge for them because the stucco had imperfections in a number of areas and the house is 3 stories in the back. They exceeded our expectations because of the stucco issues. They also painted the rails and spindles on our deck which also required a lot of sanding and patching. There again his crew did a great job. Also we had one area where birds like to build nests and leave a mess on the porch. My husband explained how the piece of wood should be shaped to put in that area and Federico got it perfect and painted the wood to blend in with the color of the house. When we were trying to decide the right color, Federico painted 3 big samples on the house in 2 different areas for us to view. He also used different paints to suit that wood so it would hold up better such as the steps on the deck. Don't hesitate Call Federico, you won't be disappointed. Picture on the right is Before and we then went with a gray color with a touch of blue in it.

We recently hired LSV paint company to remove the popcorn ceiling and paint our entire upper floor, and the results are absolutely beautiful. The team worked with amazing precision—every line is clean, every wall looks flawless, and the ceiling is completely transformed. They were professional, showed up on time, kept everything neat, and finished right when they promised. The pricing was very fair for the quality of work we received. It’s hard to find contractors who combine skill, honesty, and attention to detail, but they truly delivered.
