Pricing varies based on training type, session length, and whether services are online, in person, or hybrid. Estimates are discussed upfront, and there are no hidden fees. Package options may be available depending on client needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a brief conversation to understand goals, availability, and preferences. From there, a training plan is outlined and the first session is scheduled. Adjustments are made as needed based on progress and feedback.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer and nutritional coach with a strong foundation in anatomy and movement. I also have over six years of experience working as a medical assistant, which supports my understanding of the human body, proper form, and safe exercise practices.
