I DO MY BEST TO GIVE ALL MY CUSTOMERS THE BEST PRICE UP FRONT WITH NO SALES GIMMICKS LIKE "A FREE SINK BASE WITH ANY NEW KITCHEN" WE ALL KNOW THAT NOTHING IS REALLY FREE!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
GENERALLY A MEETING TO GO OVER THE SCOPE OF WORK NEEDED. THEN ANOTHER MEETING TO REVIEW THE PLAN AND CABINET CHOICE, COLORS, HARDWARE, ETC. A DEPOSIT WILL FOLLOW ALONG WITH A SCHEDULE FOR THE WORK.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IN ADDITION TO A DRAFTING AND DESIGN BACKGROUND FROM PORTER & CHESTER INSTITUTE, I HAVE A DEGREE IN FURNITURE PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT FROM CATAWBA VALLEY COLLEGE IN HICKORY NC IN 1981. WHILE ATTENDING COLLEGE IN NORTH CAROLINA I WAS EMPLOYED AS AN ENGINEER AT BASSET FURNITURE AT THEIR NEWTON, NC PLANT.
