Great experience, got my couch assembled in record time despite the most minimal of pictoral directions shipped with the furniture. All the reviews on the couch were one or two stars because folks hated the assembly but Randy absolutely sailed through the assembly in 45 minutes. It would have taken me a week. Great communication, very professional, and was able to find a good time with my work hours. Thank you!!!
