Randy’s bid came in nicely, under other quotes, and he asked relevant questions. What impressed me most—besides the quality of the work done—was his peerless communication chops. He and his partner treated my family heirloom rugs with utmost care. Most impressive was that he was flexible enough—at the last minute—to push his arrival back a hour because of an unforeseen complication, which left me deeply appreciative. His partner was a delight. I’ll not hesitate to call upon them when I have my second floor done. Six stars outta 5.
