Get Stronger, Move Better, and See Results Hi, I’m Kevin Mangini, a NASM-certified personal trainer with experience since 2007. I work with clients of all ages and fitness levels, from adolescents to seniors, and I believe every program should be built around the person — not the other way around. I create safe, effective, and personalized workouts based on each client’s goals, current fitness level, movement ability, and any physical limitations. Whether your goal is to build strength, lose weight, improve mobility, increase balance, or simply feel better overall, I work to design a program that fits your needs. Sessions may include strength training, mobility work, flexibility, balance training, cardio intervals, core training, and functional movement. I also provide guidance with nutrition and lifestyle habits to help support progress outside of sessions. My goal is simple: to help you get results, feel better, and build confidence with a program designed for you.

Kevin has been an excellent trainer. The routine he designed for me has worked wonders, especially as someone who had never spent any real time in the gym before. Kevin took me from complete beginner to strong, trim, and lifting solid weights. His personalized curriculum met me where I was at and gradually built me up to feel quite comfortable working out, increasing in intensity the whole way. At my pace, but also always keeping me right on that edge to see results. His words of encouragement, even outside of our sessions and especially at the beginning as I was sending my individual workouts to him, were essential to my growth and continued efforts in the gym. And, on those days where I pushed a little too hard at the beginning and had to back off a bit at the end, he took that in stride too and always left me at the end of the session feeling like I'd done a great job, even if internally I'd felt a little weak that day. Highly recommend!

In just a few weeks of working with Kevin I've become stronger, more stable, and small aches and pains have disappeared. He is smart and creative with workout design, it is challenging and fun while building on each session. His focus is steadfast. He is an ideal trainer for anyone aiming for long-term wellbeing.

I’m an older man who has been a regular gym-goer for years, but I wanted a more structured, knowledge-driven approach to my workouts—something that would help me feel sturdier, more balanced, and more secure in my body as I age. I’ve been working with Kevin for about six months, and the experience has exceeded my expectations. Most of our sessions focus on stabilization and balance, with a strong emphasis on core strength. Kevin has been a delight to work with: he shows genuine interest in my progress, pays close attention to any aches and pains, and takes the time to explain the purpose behind each exercise in a way that helps me better understand my body’s functionality. He’s also extremely skilled in therapeutic stretching, which he incorporates before and after workouts. These stretches often provide immediate relief and leave me moving more comfortably. On top of his expertise, Kevin is simply a great person—friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Training with him has not only improved my physical strength and stability but has also given me more confidence in how I move through daily life. I can’t recommend him highly enough.

I highly recommend Kevin as a personal trainer. Kevin keeps workouts varied and most importantly fun. He motivates while being kind and supportive. What started out as sessions to rehab after a knee injury easily turned into over four years of working out together!

I began training with Kevin about three months ago after I ended physiotherapy for a fractured arm and balance problems. Kevin is extremely knowledgeable about appropriate exercises that are improving my condition considerably and speedily. Highly recommended.
