My dog Addie behaved incredibly well for Cathy, I was extremely impressed! She gave her a good cut and Cathy coming to my home was a godsend! I well definitely be calling Cathy again
Corinn is fantastic! She identified issues and came up with solutions right away. She understands the breed and how to speak their language. She’s also there to answer questions when new issues crop up (such is the nature of puppies) I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking effective yet affordable help with training their dog.
John is very good at what he does. After about 10 minutes with our 5 month old golden retriever there was a remarkable change in the dogs attitude. John has a tremendous amount of patients, he talks calmly and softly to our pup and has him eating out of his hand and eager to do whatever John asks. Our biggest problem is we don't spend enough time with our "homework " and the dog suffers because of us, not John. He is helpful, doesn't mind phone calls, always willing to answer questions, and make recommendations. He even has handouts so you don't forget what to do. My husband and I would recommend John to anyone who is looking for help with training their dog.
I purchased my German Shepherd from Robin last fall and he has honestly been such an amazing dog (not to mention gorgeous coat). She worked with him prior to me picking him up and he was virtually house broken already and only had a couple accidents in the house (less than 5). She had also worked with me one on one with training both Moose and myself how to respond to certain issues and how to train his commands. I definitely recommend Robin for her dog training skills and think she does a wonder job and is very experienced especially with GS dogs.
Jenna is very knowledgeable about dogs, she gave us the advice we needed. She will be training our dog further, very satisfied!
Meghan--Thank you so much for all of the pet sitting and training. Georgie is a new dog, and we are better pet parents! You are fantastic, and we are so grateful. We look forward to having you back soon.
Very efficient and very helpful. Always there to encourage us and for any questions we had. Our dog has definitely changed for the better
The most important lesson that I learned while training my dog at Canine Cadre is communication. Lenny and Mary Ellen of Canine Cadre are excellent in this area. Once the basics were mastered with my dog, I was able to teach my dog to be obedient with hand gestures through Canine Cadre classes. The most important thing to me is Lenny and Mary Ellen has been there throughout the life of my dog. My Carla (Rottweiler) will be 11 years old this October. I highly recommend Canine Cadre.
Amazing!! I couldn't be happier with the training my two shepherds recieved. They are wonderful off leash, I can bring them anywhere! I get compliments on how well they are trained all the time. If you want high quality training of your dog you've found the perfect place. I would and will take all my future dogs here. Titan (17 months when trained) and Layla (7 months when trained) are still well behaved and listen. Yet act like dogs, they still have their own personalities, that was no broken from them in training as some other trainers have done.
My wife and I attended classes at Patience Inspired Dog Training and found it to be excellent in all matters. We have attended many classes at other facilities over the years with our dogs and found this to be the best. We especially liked the patience that Michelle has during her classes and while working with our dog and us. Overall it was a great experience!
My husband and I were very happy with the training lessons we received through Terry. The in home service made it very easy to help our dog learn his obedience in his own setting. The information we were giving was very helpful to us in making our dog very well behaved! I highly reccomend beyond borders dog training to anyone who is looking for an affordable and proper training institution.
Elise is reliable and friendly, and relates great to our old dog!
We have four very demanding dogs whom we are very close to. Travel was always a problem because they would stress terribly upon our departure and remain unhappy. The house and dogs were a mess upon our return. NOT with Brenda of Gentle Hands!!!!!! We come home to Happy kids. You could tell each were paid personal attention and love. The house did not smell of stressed dogs!! They were mad we left but had fun while we were gone. Brenda even drew some of the shyness out of one our kids. She now participates more with the herd. Thank You Brenda!!
Abby is a responsible pet owner who is familiar with caring for both cats and dogs. I would recommend.
I am a student looking for a job. I have over three years of practice training guide dogs for that help in aiding visually impaired peoples.
I teach dog owners how their dog's mind works, and how to connect to the dog in a way it understands. I teach the dog owner how to be an effective pack leader so the dog will follow the owner out of respect, not because they have food treats.
I will love your pet as my own. I'll change litter boxes and scoop when needed. I'll give the attention, food and care that they need.

I am a caring pet owner of cats. Though I like dogs and most other types of pets except snakes and spiders. I posted a current pic, though I plan to put in a better one of myself alone as soon as possible. I like most animals: cats, dogs, birds, and small pets. I also like horses, and I'm an experienced horseback rider. I only know the basics of horse care. I have cared for horses at a horse camp, but I'm not an experienced horse caretaker. I have a cousin who owns an equestrian center. I hope to gain experience as I plan to visit and may inquire about working there also. I also like photography, computer games, swimming and more. I like the outdoors; therefore, I like to take walks. So I would be happy to care for and walk your dog or dogs. If there's more than one, I would like a higher wage. I'm looking for $15.00 an hour for now. I may consider lower depending on the services needed. I have helped save animals who were in need of help. I can inform you about that at a later time if interested. I have a pretty flexible schedule. So I may be able to work on certain days and in the afternoon and evening. I'm in the Wethersfield area and prefer the jobs I take on to be local, not further than one town away. I'm a responsible adult over 30. Please e-mail me if you can't reach me by phone. Thank you. -- Diana
I specialize in walking dogs, vacation sitting, and cleaning up after the animals (all types). I treat all animals like family. I also like bathing dogs and nail cutting.
I would just like to walk dogs. I love dogs, and as I see it, it's a win-win situation for all. We all get fresh air, companionship, exercises, and kindness. I'm a female who no longer works and is looking for something fulfilling to do part of the time. I don't have a business and am just a kindhearted person who enjoys animals. I am willing to travel to your home or apartment. I have flexible hours and am easygoing. I feel that there is not much more to say unless you would like to communicate with me, so I may answer any and all of your questions.
