I have taken CPR classes before and it was never done like this. I actually left the class confident that I can save someone’s life. Ricardo Does not just teaches he makes sure you understand before moving forward to the next steps. He had all equipment ready. And explained and demonstrated before giving you the floor. If you did it wrong on the first try he encouraged you to try again until it was done in the right way. My husband drove me to the class and after it was over Ricardo made sure my husband was there to pick me up before I left. This instructor was the BEST!!! A+++ I will definitely be taking his class again!!!!!

Matt and his assistant instructors did an excellent job instructing the BLS for Healthcare Providers class in both an informative and concise manner while maintaining a light and friendly atmosphere. If I need to take further classes in the future, I would certainly take them with him again. The location of the class could have been described better. The "dot com" sign on the building was the only helpful identifier, as the building is not "pink" (it's a sun-bleached dingy peach at best). Perhaps a sign stating "BLS/CPR Classes Here" with an arrow would be a better descriptor (and a good investment). The building is on Jerusalem avenue just north of Hicksville Station - an important distinction to make, because a GPS will tell you that the address given (4 Jerusalem Ave) is incorrectly located in the plaza south of the station.

Ralph instructed a few CPR courses for several staff members at my organization. He was enthusiastic from our first conversation all the way to the classes a week later. The flexibility of Iron Hand Rescue is really nice as a number of staff could not make the scheduled date. Thanks

I have taken many CPR classes over the years, but this was the best one yet Mathew made it easy to review, not confusing at all. It was very Infornative and I got the most out of this class than all the others I have taken in the past. I hope to have Mathew back in 2 years when this one expires Really good class.

Mr Joel was an absolute delight. He taught a class of 5, myself included, We all could not have been more happy with the knowledge we were left with. I will definitely be hiring mr Joel in the future. And I most definitely would recommend him for anyone looking to get cpr or bls certified.

He provided CPR for the Healthcare Provider training for an entire physical therapy and chiropractic office staff. He was very flexible with scheduling. Rich broke out class up into two sessions that he conducted during our lunches. He was very thorough but also understanding of the fact that we all have medical training and had completed CPR classes in the past. Rich showed up early and had everything set and ready to go right on time. He was also able to provide us with our certification cards in a timely manner which was incredibly convenient. The price was very reasonable considering everything he was able to provide.
