Melvin and his team were quick to come by the house to provide an on-site estimate. Once hired, the team came within a couple days and completed the job within 48 hours. I am thoroughly impressed with how quickly they responded from my initial outreach to job completion in a very busy part of my house. The finished product looks incredible and I have already asked them to come back to provide estimates for other painting/carpentry jobs in other areas of our home. Couldn’t be happier with the results.

Melvin and his team were great! I needed to have my entire apartment painted and they did a fantastic job. They finished the project quickly, for a great price and were very reliable. I will definitely call Melvin and his team for any future projects I need completed. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Melvin is so professional! He responded quickly, and kindly to our interest in having work done. He provided an estimate in no time and it was reasonably priced. His work is excellent - we received new wood floors and new walls - all beautifully done! And, he was able to get the job done by our deadline! Good experience overall. Very courteous, showed up on time, and kept the space clean. The paint job turned out well with a few small spots that could have been neater. Took an extra day to finish but he made sure the work got done right. I would hire him again.

Showed up on time, completed all of the painting tasks assigned in a pristine and professional manner. Did exactly what they said they would do. I will definitely be using Sayayin again and recommend them for any paint job.
