- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Services are estimated directly proportional to the time spent in each area according to the size and condition of the surface, the larger or dirty it is, the longer it takes to clean, therefore the greater the value of the service per area or room, based on this system starts from $ 45 *per hour * (by cleaning specialist for regular weekly services), there are discounts for being new customers, and there are also discounts without recurring services either weekly, biweekly, monthly, seasonal or just once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When it is a new client, a joint visit is made, to carry out an inspection with the General Mananger and the Cleaning Specialist, to make the ESTIMATE of the service, what products and equipment will be used on each surface depending on the area or the room To detail, and what is the client's requirement to carve, the first time the value is a little higher because a deep cleaning is carried out, and the second time the value is lower if the contracted service is recent. If the new Client wants the service for the only time, then two ESTIMATES are made, one for Standard Cleaning and another for Deep Cleaning with specifications in each one, so that the client can decide which service is best for him.
