Michael assisted us in purchasing our first home. From the start, he was patient and listened to our preferences. He is readily accessible and always responded quickly whenever we had questions (and we had many). He guided us to many great properties. Ultimately, we found one we liked and his knowledge and expertise helped us in getting our offer accepted. There were speed bumps along the way but he always laid out all the options and offered his best advice.On numerous occasions he went above and beyond for us like dropping off documents at the attorneys office, offering to create floor plans for us, and reaching out to our lender to speed up the process. His recommendation for a home inspector was great. After we closed, he made sure any final issues we had were resolved and taken care of.We highly recommend Michael.
