FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of support you’re looking for, but I offer flexible options for single sessions, live virtual coaching, and ongoing support. I’m happy to talk through what would make the most sense for your goals, schedule, and budget before getting started.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start by learning more about your goals, current routine, gym experience, and what you feel like you need the most support with. From there, I create a plan that makes sense for your lifestyle and comfort level. Some clients want live guidance and accountability, while others want a structured plan they can follow with support along the way — so I try to make it feel personalized, not one-size-fits-all.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer and have also completed nutrition coaching education. On top of that, I work in physical education, so I spend a lot of time teaching movement, exercise basics, and helping people feel more comfortable with fitness in general. A lot of what I do is making sure clients actually understand what they’re doing and why.
