- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the excellent quality of our work and the performance of our commercial level cleaning equipment. Our base pricing for each service is quoted on Thumbtack and may be subject to additional charges for removing heavy stains, adding deodorizing or oversized services. etc. We offers discounts for referrals and repeat customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We ask the customer questions about the job and for pictures to get the best understanding possible prior to in person visit. We discuss any questions or concerns and ask for feedback regarding previous vendors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner is college educated and has worked for Fortune 50 companies for 15+ years. I have used and performed many of the services that I now offer and understand the customers expectations. I understand that the high quality of your equipment and staff will result in a quality result which will result in repeat business, recommendations and referrals.
