The customers before me were extremely rude to Ryan and his co-worker. I waited patiently to see the results of the encounter. Let me tell you, how pleasantly pleased I was with the way Ryan held his composure and answered all the troublesome questions thrown at him. When I signed up for LICWS to come evaluate my water in my home, I asked Ryan if he would be the specialist that I am going to meet with, and he said yes. The day Ryan visited our home, he was respectful to our culture by taking off his shoes before entertaining our home! During the consultation, he never used fear mongering to get us to purchase a system. He listened to our concerns, answered all our questions, and never pushed us into purchasing anything. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable and has an exceptional sense of humor. A few days later, our entire house reverse osmosis water filtration system was installed by technicians, James and Christian. Both were respectful of our home. They worked quietly, and did not disturb me (working from home) or my fully remote children. They made sure the system under our sink was placed to our liking, and they cleaned up after themselves. Their work is neat and precise.
