- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My programs are designed to be affordable and effective. I offer 3-, 6-, and 12-month plans with options for 2–4 workouts per week. Pricing can start at $250 and I also offer biweekly payment plans to make things more manageable. No hidden fees—just simple, goal-based training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We’ll start with a brief consultation to talk about your goals, schedule, and training history. Based on that, I’ll build a personalized workout plan delivered through my training app. You’ll receive clear instructions, demo videos, and messaging access to me at any time for questions, support, and progress check-ins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a Certified Personal Trainer with multiple years of experience, currently studying Exercise Science in college (3.9 GPA). I’ve worked with dozens of clients both in-person and online, helping them build muscle, tone up, lose weight, and feel more confident in their bodies.
