Re: Bathroom renovation. It’s not often one comes across a contractor who is both extremely knowledgeable and completely responsive to your needs. In addition to cautioning me about making structural errors Gui guided the right direction. The workers were prompt, communicative and tidy. I am very pleased with hiring this company and will do so again.

Contacted Gui and received a response right away. Showed up for expected meeting and for project. Gave great suggestions and insight for project vision. Explained all details related to work which was appreciated. Completed project by projected date. Worked very hard and the results are beautiful. Even helped us with demolition. Removed all debris and left house broom clean. Would hire again. Thank you!!

What did I like about working with Gui? Everything! I have learned to go with my gut feeling and it never lets me down. From our first meeting I knew he was experienced, detail oriented and knowledgeable. His quote was reasonable, his men came when scheduled and were very skilled laborers. He was here often to check on their progress and review their work. We added a few small projects to the original request and listened to his suggestions. The end result of our downstairs repairs after water damage is a great looking area. I am especially impressed with the finish work. Some areas look better than before the water damage! And Gui himself is a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him for any home project.

We don't offer a fixed price, because we undestand that every project is unique and has its own caracteristics
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
01 - Phone contact for preliminar info.
02 - Estimate visit for measuring and understanding better the clients needs
03 - Planning
04 - E-mail price quote and deadline deal - We agree on who's going to buy the material needed (tops 48 hours after visit) -
05 - Client answers e-mail with ok note - 50% Down payment by check or money
06 - We start as agreed
07 - Client reviews the job when it's done - If OK, client pays the other 50%.
